O Emmy Awards, conhecido como o Oscar da TV americana, reconheceu neste sábado (5) a primeira parte de seus vencedores de 2026. Anteriormente chamado de Creative Arts Emmys, a prévia celebra o melhor de documentários, game shows, talk shows, programas especiais e trabalhos técnicos, antes da grande noite dedicada a atores e atrizes – prevista para o dia 14 de setembro.

Uma das grandes vencedoras da 78ª edição do prêmio foi Mariska Hargitay, famosa por interpretar Olivia Benson em 'Law & Order: SVU'.

A atriz, que será uma das apresentadoras do Emmy em 14 de setembro, conquistou duas estatuetas pelo documentário 'My Mom Jayne: A Film by Mariska Hargitay' ('Jayne Mansfield, Minha Mãe', no Brasil), que retrata a vida de sua polêmica mãe, Jayne Mansfield, uma das estrelas da Era de Ouro de Hollywood. A produção da HBO Max foi dirigida por Mariska.

Octavia Spencer, apesar de sua prolífica carreira na televisão e no cinema, recebeu seu primeiro Emmy nesta cerimônia, por sua narração na série de true crime 'Lost Women of Alaska' (As Mulheres Desaparecidas do Alasca), do Prime Video.
